- CARDIFF THERAPY FOR COUPLES, INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES -

ADULTS & COUPLES

– INDIVIDUAL ADULTS –

Olwen has extensive experience of working with individual adults with a broad spectrum of emotional, psychological or mental health difficulties. People often face times when they are vulnerable, need to navigate change or are affected by one or more of the issues set out below.

– COUPLES –

Few relationships are problem free. Olwen has worked as a Family Mediator and has experience of working with couples in both therapeutic and mediation contexts. She has attended advanced couples training approved by the College of Sex and Relationship Therapists. Some couples attend therapy at a time of extreme distress, complexity and conflicting emotions. Others want to use sessions to address and manage issues which are currently less acute but significant in the context of their relationship and lifestyle. Communication, difference, meeting partner’s needs, conflict resolution, loss of emotional connection, decisions, repeating unhelpful patterns, attachment styles, trust issues, dealing with affairs are often the type of issues explored in couples therapy.
