Olwen is a Psychotherapist and Systemic Family Therapist. She offers counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families in Cardiff. Olwen is experienced in working with a diverse range of issues including depression, life transitions, challenges, anxiety, stress, trauma, bereavement, loss, relationship issues, divorce. There are times when everyone faces difficulties, feels vulnerable and needs to adapt to change. Some individuals and couples choose therapy at a time of crisis or intense distress. Others use psychotherapy and counselling to explore concerns and emotions which may be less overwhelming but still significant in their day to day relationships and lives. Olwen works collaboratively with her clients in understanding past, present and future issues, identifying therapeutic goals and priorities. She pays scrupulous attention to confidentiality. Short or long term psychological and emotional support and intervention can be offered depending upon a client’s requirements.

Hourly rate £80. Olwen is happy to provide an initial free telephone conversation if you would like more information to discuss your current situation and concerns. Or, if you prefer, please complete the contact form below and Olwen will respond within 24 hours.
Olwen appreciates as much notice as possible of cancellation. A cancellation fee will be applied for any missed sessions or cancellations unless 48 hours notice is given or in the case of emergency.
